Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly across New Zealand. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier workload. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges on parts or performance hardware. Due to the custom nature of electronic tuning, ECU remapping, and labour services, specific conditions may apply.

Automotive Tuning & Modification Disclaimer

Performance tuning, ECU remapping, and the installation of aftermarket hardware can increase engine output, stress factory components, and potentially impact vehicle manufacturer warranties or fuel economy. By booking a tuning session or purchasing parts from NZ Performance Tuning, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You own the vehicle or have explicit authorisation from the registered owner to modify it.

• Enhanced performance may lead to increased wear and tear on vehicle components.

• Certain modifications may alter compliance with local transport regulations (such as WOF/certification requirements), and it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure legal operation on public roads.
